Samsung’s One UI 4 is officially rolling out to supported devices in the Philippines. Their new UI will be based on Android 12 and will be focusing on additional customization and privacy settings.

Additional Customization Settings

One UI 4 will enable its users to create a customized mobile experience with a whole host of new Color Palettes to choose from. Devices can also alter the look and feel of home icons, menu, buttons, background, and Samsung is adding reimagined widgets.

A Focus on Privacy

Samsung’s new UI brings in new privacy and security features. One UI 4 will now make monitoring and controlling privacy settings simple from alerting users to when an app is attempting to access camera or microphone to a new privacy dashboard that brings all setting and controls into one place.

Extended Ecosystem

One UI 4 has also been designed to help users to get the most out of Samsung’s extended ecosystem of devices and third-party apps. They have partnered with industry leaders like Google to ensure a seamless experience when using third-party apps and services such as Google Duo.

Other devices within the Samsung ecosystem such as the Galaxy Z series, Galaxy Watch4 series, or Galaxy Tab will get a uniform look and feel and will be able to synchronize with each other seamlessly.

Samsung One UI 4 will be available to download for the following Galaxy devices:

  • Galaxy S21 Series
  • Galaxy S20 Series
  • Galaxy S10 Series
  • Galaxy Note20 Series
  • Galaxy Note10 Series
  • Galaxy Z Series
  • Select Galaxy A-Series
  • Galaxy Tab S7 Series
