After the Note 7’s debacle last year, Samsung is re-releasing the Galaxy Note 7 as the Galaxy Note Fan Edition, Samsung has taken a few extra careful steps that makes the Galaxy Note Fan Edition more explosion-proof.
The Galaxy Note Fan Edition still rocks the 2.3GHz Exynos 8890 octa-core processor with 4GB of RAM as well as 5.7-inch QHD Super AMOLED display at 2560 x 1440p. The only big difference with the Note Fan Edition is the smaller 3200mAh compared to the 3500mAh of the Note 7. Software has been updated as well to the likes found on the S8 and the S8+. Samsung claims that the Galaxy Fan Edition uses unused Note 7 parts to more eco-friendly.
The Fan Edition currently will retail on July 7 at 699,990 Won in Korea. It will come in Black Onyx, Blue Coral, Gold Platinum, and Silver Titanium.
