Samsung The Freestyle projector has made its debut at CES 2022. It offers the flexibility to deliver optimal viewing and entertainment for its users with a cradle rotation of up to 180 degrees allowing for projection of high-quality images and video at any surface.
The Freestyle has been designed for versatility and flexibility of changing lifestyles. It has a full auto keystone and auto leveling features that allow it to automatically adjust its screen to any surface at any angle. It can project up to 100 inches with autofocus and it can pump up 360-degree sound for a better audio experience.
The projector can be powered by external batteries that support USB Power Delivery and 50W/20V output or above, so users can take it anywhere. It is also the first portable screen that works when connected to a standard E26 light socket without the need for additional wiring, besides compatibility with traditional wall plug options.
Samsung’s Freestyle is compatible with Smart TV features found on Samsung sets like streaming services, mirroring, and casting features on both Android and iOS. It includes far-field voice control for assistants. When not being used to stream content, the projector can act as a smart speaker complete with visual effects that can be projected to any surface.
The Freestyle will be showcased during CES 2022 and will be up for pre-order in the United States starting this week. Availability in other markets will be announced in the following months.
