In Scorn, there are several achievements that you can get as you advance the game. As most of them are tied to your progression in the story, you can acquire a lot in one go. | Path forward constructed | Solve the elevator puzzle in Act 3 |
| At the lowermost point | Reach Act 4 |
| Station to station | Reach Act 5 |
| Detachment | Remove the parasite from your body in Act 5 |
| Fluid flowing from within | Use the remaining blood canister on the pregnant humanoid in Act 5 |
| Perception beyond | Connect to the synapses in Act 5 |
| Fin | Reach the ending of the game |
The only achievement that you can miss in a single run, Hand in hand and extraction are possible solutions for Act 1-1. To get both, simply reload Act 1-1 and deliver the egg to the room that you have yet to choose. For both achievements, use the guide below:
You don’t get any rewards for getting all of the achievements in Scorn. You do not get any secret weapon, any unlocked level, or any secret ending for doing so. On the other hand, the game is an easy 100%. Just repeating half of a single act in the game can net you all of the achievements there is to be had in Scorn.
