You can now enjoy the convenience of dropping off your Apple device that need repair or maintenance service at select Power Mac Center or The Loop stores nationwide with a minimal shipping fee.
Handling all the necessary repair services are Mobile Care Service Center, PMC’s Apple Authorized Service Provider. They have certified engineers and exclusive access to genuine parts.
The retail drop-ff service is available for all Apple users in the Philippines who bought devices from Power Mac Center and other stores, whether in or out of warranty. Their service center accepts iPhone 7 series or later, MacBook Air early 2015 model or later, MacBook Pro 2017 or later, and iMac 2017 or later.
To avail the service, you must be able to show proof of purchase for validation. You will be asked to back up or migrate files beforehand, remove all accessories and personal information, disable security passwords, deactivate FindMy, and provide your own packaging (preferably the original box). Once the service is complete, the device will be delivered directly to your preferred address.
