Community celebrations are huge in the Philippines and for each of these gatherings, music takes center stage. Latching on to Filipinos’ favorite past time activities, the Sony Power Up Your Party celebration series was born last year to engage various Filipino communities. This year, the Sony Power Up Your Party will visit key provincial festivities – Iloilo in June, Cagayan De Oro in September, General Santos in October and Dumaguete in November.
The Sony Power Up Your Party aims to make communities experience the power of Sony’s Home Audio Video products in a more personal way. This year, Sony wants to bring Shake X10, X30, X70 and V77D closer to Filipino communities through various fun activities such as Zumba, Karaoke Contests, Dance-Offs and Street Parties.
