Sony Philippines has just launched their ULT Power Sound Series in the Philippines with a “Party Before All Parties” event to show their bass-rich speakers and headphones, just in time for the party season for Filipinos.
Sony’s “Party Before All Parties” event was held in Xylo at the Palace in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Big names in the music industry such as DJ Katsy Lee, Maki, Jeremy G, Carlos Serrano III, and A-Team attended the event to show off the capabilities of their new lineup.
The ULT Power Sound Series is composed of 4 devices: the ULT WEAR Wireless Headphones, ULT Field 1, ULT Field 7, and ULT Tower 10.
With their experience in wireless headphones, the Sony ULT Wear Wireless Headphones come with a Dual Noise Sensor to improve Noise Cancelling plus a foldable design. They have implemented their own V1 processor – the same as the one found on the 1000X series headphones – to deliver better bass performance.
The headphone promises up to 30 hours of use with ANC and up to 50 hours when disabled. It can be connected to two Bluetooth devices thanks to multi-point connection, and its Smart Sensor automatically pauses music when you take the headphones off.
Designed to be portable, the ULT Field 1 is rated IP67 for water and dust resistance. Sony also claims that it is rustproof and shockproof, making it suitable for outdoor use. It’s multi-way strap allows for easy carrying and it has hands-free calling for online meetings or just casual conversations.
The bigger brother of the Field 1, the ULT Field 7 comes with the same IP67 water and dust resistance. To turn up the party, it comes with an Ambient Lighting system that synchronizes with the music and Sound Field Optimization to drown background noise between songs.
It also packs a Karaoke Function and guitar input for those who prefer sing-alongs. Party Connect can link and synchronize multiple speakers if you want larger sound coverage. Sony claims that it can last up to 30 hours and its 10-minute quick charge allows for 3 hours of playback.
The big boy of the lineup, this powerhouse of a speaker promises 360° party sound to fill open spaces. Much like the Field 7, it comes with a party light to set the vibes and Sound Field Optimization to fill the room with sound.
The speaker will also come with a Built-in Wireless Microphone for karaoke enthusiasts as well as Party Connect to connect multiple speakers.
