Starlink offers their range of services in the Philippines in 2 tiers for a personal connection: residential and roaming. The former is suitable for a fixed locations like a home while the latter satisfies the demands of nomads roaming in an RV or a camper.
According to Starlink’s documentation, their Internet service ranges 25 – 220Mbps download and 5 – 25Mbps upload with a latency from 25 – 60ms for Fixed connections. Mobile setups ranges from 5 – 220Mbps download and 8 – 25Mbps upload with around 99ms of latency. Priority data will have faster speeds while Standard Fixed and Mobile caps out at 100Mbps and 50Mbps download speeds, respectively.
