SteelSeries is bringing in two new gaming-focused series into the Philippines, the Arctis Nova 3 Wireless Series Headsets and the Rival 3 Gen 2 Series Gaming Mice. The two have several features to improve your gaming experience as well as colorways not usually found on gaming peripherals.
The SteelSeries Arctis Nova 3 Wireless Series are powered by what they call Custom Nova Speaker Drivers, which are Neodymium Magnetic Speakers customized in-house for “ultimate gaming audio.” They promise rich bass, maximum detail, and 360° Spatial Audio.
You’ll be able to switch instantly between 2.4GHz and Bluetooth 5.3 with its onboard quick-switch button. Both can be connected to independent devices, and connecting the latter to a smartphone lets you receive notifications while still being on 2.4GHz.
These headsets will come with ClearCast 2.X Microphone with twice the bandwidth of other microphones supporting 32KHz/16-bit audio for clearer comms.
Weighing at only 260g, the Arctis Nova 3 Wireless Series’ batteries can last up to 30+ hours in 2.4GHz or up to 40+ hours via Bluetooth. It supports USB-C charging, and is optimized to give you up to 9 hours of usage after just 15 minutes.
You can also take advantage of the Mobile Arctis App to optimize your audio experience. Available through Android and iOS, the app comes with more than 200+ game-specific audio presets crafted by SteelSeries’ engineers. You can change audio presets on the fly without leaving the game.
The SteelSeries Arctis Nova 3 Wireless Series are priced at PhP 6,335 in the Philippines. You’ll be able to choose from Black, White, Aqua, and Lavender colorways to match your setup.
Launched alongside their new headsets is the Rival 3 Gen 2 Series gaming mice. As a follow-up from the original Rival mice in 2013, they now promise a new entry into the “affordable luxury” category.
These mice come with mechanical switches that guarantee 60 million clicks and a click latency of 1.35ms for wired and 1.9ms for wireless variants. Their TrueMove Optical Sensors, co-developed with PixArt, it can reach up to 18K DPI and up to 40g maximum accleration for those who want ultra-fast mouse movements.
Those who prefer its wireless variant can experience up to 200 hours on 2.4GHz and up to 450 hours on Bluetooth. It is powered by a single AAA battery and is compatible with rechargeable options.
The SteelSeries Rival 3 Gen 2 is priced starting at PhP 2,325 in the Philippines. You can choose from Aqua, Lavender, White, and Black colorways. Two variants are on offer: wireless and wired for PhP 3,445 and PhP 2,325, respectively.
Both the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 3 Wireless Series Headsets and the SteelSeries Rival 3 Gen 2 Series Gaming Mice are now available in the Philippines through Lazada, Shopee, and SteelSeries authorized retailers.
