Independent analyst and consultancy firm OMDIA has named TCL as the Top 2 TV Brand on their Global TV sets report of 2022. Their data also say that TCL’s large size TVs have received significant growing momentum last year and remained at the top spot in global 98-inch TV market share.
TCL says that it is starting 2023 strong by exhibiting its lates displays at CES 2023. They were able to walk away with two CES 2023 Innovation Awards for its TCL Mini LED 4K TV C935 and C835.
Their Mini LED series will be available in XL sizes to allow more mini LEDs applied on a TV with thousand-level local dimming zones. This will allow their sets to have a high level of contrast and better peak brightness while being bolstered by their light control algorithm. They claim that this can help reveal details in bright areas and dark scenes.
TCL 2023 Mini LED and QLED TV are slated to launch in the global market within the first quarter of 2023. Stay tuned for more news.
