The Acer Nitro V 15 has been officially unveiled and it will be powered by 13th Generation Intel Core processors complemented by an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 series GPU, up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 2TB PCIe NVMe M.2 storage.
The updated internals allow it to have better performance than its predecessors. Specifically, it will rock an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 that supports DLSS 3 and ray tracing to improve gaming experience for games that will support these features. The CPU and GPU will be cooled with a tandem of fans rotating in sync and a dual-intake cooling system that draws in air from the cover and bottom cover, which then expels heat to the sides and rear.
Its display is a 15.6-inch FullHD screen that runs up to 165Hz with a 3ms response time. As for audio, it supports DTS:X Ultra that promises enhanced sound. Acer is also embedding AI solutions on the notebook including Acer Purified View and Acer Purified Voice for video calls.
Other features include Wifi 6 support and Thunderbolt 4 connectivity. You can change parameters on the notebook using the NitorSense app to adjust settings and hardware performance. In addition, the notebook will come with one month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to access a multitude of games.
The Acer Nitro V 15 is priced at USD 849.99 for the i5-13420H, RTX 4050, 8GB RAM, and 512GB storage variant according to Acer’s official website. No word yet about local pricing and availability in the Philippines.
