Despite delivering better cooling performance, the video cards with radiators are usually unwieldy and takes up a fan slot on your case. With the ASUS ROG Matrix GeForce RTX 2080 Ti changes all that by integrating an all-in-one closed-loop cooling system within an air-cooled GPU form factor.
Cooling the video card is what ASUS ROG calls the Infinity Loop Cooling. With more than five rounds of prototyping under its belt, the final result is an AiO that completely incorporates the all the parts of the liquid cooler within the three-slot form factor of the ASUS ROG Matrix GeForce RTX 2080 Ti.
Within the card is a binned and tuned TU102 core of the RTX 2080 Ti that pushes the GPU core to 1815MHz from the 1635MHz boost clock of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti FE. Memory speeds has also been increased to 14,800MHz.
