The Dyson WashG1 wet floor cleaner promises to “not suck”

Dyson has introduced its first dedicated wet floor cleaner, the Dyson WashG1. They promise to be “a wet floor cleaner that doesn’t suck” thanks to several floocare technology.

The Dyson Wash G1 is designed to pick-up wet and dry debris in one go on hard floors. It comes with a 1 liter clean-water tank to cover flooring of up to 290m2. It uses a combination of hydration, absorption, and extraction to remove and separate wet and dry debris.

Its rollers counter-rotate while a pulse-modulated pump distributes water across 26 hydration points. Each roller is made of highly absorbent microfiber and consistent application of water ensures liquid spills are absorbed, while dry elements are enveloped by its filaments.

Debris and dirty water are automatically separated by the rollers’ extraction plates and nylon-bristled inner brush. Its debris tray comes with a 500-micron mesh and its dirty water is diverted into a 0.8 liter capacity dirty water tank.

After use, its self-cleaning mode saturates both water rollers with clean water on its highest boost setting to flush the entire system in preparation for its next usage.

The Dyson WashG1 wet floor cleaner is priced at PhP 45,900 in the Philippines. You can now get it via any official Dyson store nationwide.
