Garmin Philippines is bringing in their Instinct Esports Edition gaming watch into the country. It has been designed for esports professionals and enthusiasts and has a dedicated esports activity function to track and analyze heart rate and stress during gaming sessions.
The Garmin Instinct Esports Edition comes with several features that can help you fully learn and utilize your body for better play. These features include:
- Wrist-Based Heart Rate – Get heart rate data long with alerts if your heart rate stays too high or too low while at rest. You can also gauge how hard your heart is working during specific gaming moments.
- Advanced Sleep Monitoring – You can get a full picture of how you are sleeping with a breakdown of light, deep, and REM sleep stages. You can then interpret and make lifestyle modifications in order for your play sessions to be more comfortable based on this data.
- Stress Tracking – The Instinct Esports Edition can calculate your stress levels by using Garmin’s heart rate variability giving you the opportunity to optimize stress management and keep cool wile gaming.

Garmin Philippines is also partnering up with Tier One Entertainment for upcoming collaborations with esports personalities. Pros will be able to prove their skill in a round of Valorant while using the Instinct Esports Edition to track their biometrics. This project is expected to take place within the first quarter of 2021 and will be streamed on Facebook pages of AMPLFY, the selected personalities, and Garmin Philippines.
