The Sony RX0 II and A6400 could be the vloggers’ best friends

-

Sony has officially launched their “Total Vlogging Solutions” in the Philippines. Composed of the Sony RX0 II and the Sony A6400, both cameras aim to empower both new and veteran vloggers and improve their content.

Sony RX0 II

After its launch in Singapore, the miniature Sony RX0 II is now coming to the Philippines. Don’t let its small size fool you, the camera is capable to shoot 4K 30p videos with internal recording and image stabilization.

The Sony RX0 II’s upgraded LCD screen can now tilt up to 180-degrees so you can make sure that everything in the proper alignment. Inside its chassis is a 1.0-inch sensor and an advanced imaging processor that allows Eye Autofocus and natural-looking skin tones.

Although it is compact, the camera is encased in a tough body that’s waterproof up to 10 meters, shockproof up to 2 meters, and crushproof up to 200kg.

Sony A6400

The Sony A6400 brings back the flippable screen; a sorely missed feature in previous entries in the A6-series. As the latest mirrorless from Sony, the A6400 comes with a fast 0.02s autofocus and 425 phase-detection points.

The mirrorless comes with real-time tracking and real-time eye autofocus so vloggers can get the sharpest images as possible. Its APS-C sensor is capable of capturing 24.2MP photos at 11 frames per second.

The camera has a native ISO range of 100 – 3200. The A6400 also comes with Super 35mm format recording with 2.4x oversampling results in 4K movies for better image quality.

Better grip shooting

Both the Sony RX0 II and A6400 are compatible with grip-style shooting. Both cameras’ shooting grips act as a mini-handle with dedicated recording, shutter, and zoom buttons. The A6400 will also be easier to handle whenever using medium to large-sized lenses.

The Sony RX0 II is now available for PhP 35,999. The Sony A6400 will come in body-only and 16-50mm variants for PhP 52,999 and PhP 58,999, respectively.
