AI has become the hot topic on smartphones and manufacturers are jumping on the bandwagon. vivo is developing its own AI system named BlueLM for the upcoming V30 pro to integrate advanced features.
BlueLM is vivo’s self-developed AI that aims to integrate processes like natural language processing, image recognition, and voice recognition. It can adapt to the habits and needs of the user to enhance its accuracy. vivo’s AI will be used on the vivo V30 Pro to make the user experience more intuitive.
vivo says that it can handle a variety of tasks from daily voice assistance, smart reminders, translation, and data analysis. They also say that it can quickly identify objects, scenes, and faces that make photo categorization, editing, and sharing easier.
Aside from data crunching, BlueLM can allow smartphone usage with voice commands plus more customized and relevant suggestions to your needs. Despite this, however, privacy will still be important as users can use the smartphone’s extensive privacy settings and rely on the AI’s encryption.
The vivo V30 Pro will be one of the first smartphones to use BlueLM, but it won’t be all AI. The smartphone will pack a high-end processor, an UltraHD camera, and a large capacity camera when it launches in the Philippines.
