vivo has officially introduced the Marian Rivera as their new ambassador for the vivo V40 Lite. Her presence as their ambassador was unveiled at the smartphone’s launch at SM North Edsa Annex Activity Center on October 26, 2024.
The primetime queen said that her favorite features of the V40 Lite was its battery life, fast charging speeds, and its cameras. She even took a selfie with the crowd with the smartphone.
Although it is the budget follow-up for the V40 5G, the V40 Lite still comes with plenty to like. It comes with a 5,000mAh battery and a 80W Ultra Charge that promises a full battery in around 43 minutes. Its cameras include a 50MP AI Aura Portrait main camera and a 32MP front-facing camera.
The smartphone sports AI features such as AI Erase that lets you remove unwanted objects on photos. As for hardware, it can be equipped with up to a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 512GB of internal storage. You also get 6.67-inch 2400 x 1080 120Hz AMOLED display.
Pricing of the vivo V40 Lite in the Philippines start at PhP 13,999. You can still pre-order either of its 4G or 5G variants until October 31, 2024 and you can receive a free limited-edition vivo TWS 3e worth PhP 1,999, a PhP 1,000 voucher, and a 4-year battery warranty.
