Vivo is finishing the year with another smartphone launch. An upgrade to the Vivo S1, the Vivo S1 Pro comes with better internals and a 48MP quad-camera setup for just PhP 15,990.
Though the Vivo S1 Pro shares almost the same design as the S1, there are some notable upgrades that puts the Pro on the smartphone. Instead of a three camera setup, the Vivo S1 Pro now has four cameras at the back composed of: a 48MP f/1.8 main, an 8MP f2.2 ultrawide, 2MP f/2.4 macro, and a 2MP f/2.4 portrait camera.
The display largely stays the same with a 6.38-inch SuperAMOLED with a 2340 x 1080 resolution and an in-display fingerprint scanner. The sleife camera also has the same specifications as the first one of a 32MP f/2.0 front shooter.
Vivo has upgrade the chipset of the S1 Pro. Instead of a Helio P65 chip, the Vivo S1 Pro now comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The chassis can also house two Nano-SIM cards both of which have 4G LTE capabilities.
Powering the whole smartphone is a 4,5000mAh non-removable battery. It is charged via a USB Type-C port at the bottom that is compatible with Vivo’s Dual-Engine Fast Charging.
