vivo Philippines is gearing up to release the follow-up for their V25 series – the vivo V27 series. They are being dubbed as #TheAuraPortraitMaster by the brand and promises a one-of-a-kind camera feature to upgrade your smartphone experience.

What We Know So Far

The vivo V27 series will pack a built-in ring light called the aura light. It will be replacing the usual camera flash to make portrait shots clearer and more natural-looking. This will give images a soft light effect usually found in more professional setups. The aura light also promises studio-standard lighting and the enhancement of facial features to make skin luminous.

Continuing its partnership with pioneers like ZEISS for its X80 series, vivo is working with Sony to make its ultra-sensing sensors to ensure higher-quality images even in low-light or dark settings. The customized sensor also has Optical Image Stabilization capabilities to make photographs more stable and better in action shots.

The V27 series are expected to pack an EIS+OIS Hybrid Imaging Stabilization to minimize out-of-angle and shaky videos. They are also anticipated to come with a 50MP front camera with an upgraded auto-focus for greater accuracy and speed when capturing faces.

Signature vivo Features to Expect

Recent vivo launches puts emphasis on functionality, style, and comfort. This can also be expected from the incoming vivo V27 series. Photochromic 2.0 technology is anticipated to make a comeback as it has become a staple for the vivo V series. The V27 lineup are promising to be lightweight and handy with an ergonomic grip, which makes it perfect for on-the-go users.

The rear design will have a simple and elegant design while the camera layout will have a minimalist look and lean toward the less is more philosophy.

The vivo V27 series are predicted to launch in the Philippines. More information will be announced by vivo as we near its launch date. You can follow them at their official Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube pages for additional updates.
