The ZEISS logo is usually reserved for vivo’s flagship X series, but that changes with the vivo V30 Pro. It is the first V series smartphone to get the ZEISS branding and promises improved photography capabilities thanks to vivo’s co-partnership with the company.
The vivo V30 Pro sports a total of five 50MP cameras: a f/1.88 main camera with OIS; a f/2.0 ultrawide; a f/1.85 telephoto, and a f/2.2 front-facing shooter. Cameras at the rear can take advantage of the Aura Light 3.0 flash that claims to be stronger than before with the ability to adjust light temperature.
Within its 7.45mm shell rated at IP54 dust and water resistance is a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chip with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. At the front is a 6.78-inch 2800 x 1260 120Hz AMOLED display. It will run on Android 14 with FunTouch OS 14. It will run on a 5,000mAh capacity battery, but will support 80W Flash Charge that promises a full charge in around 42 minutes.
