The vivo V40 Lite 5G has been confirmed to launch in the Philippines. The more affordable follow-up for the vivo V40 will be arriving in the country this October 19, 2024 packing a high-gloss frame, diamond-shaped camera, and a lightweight build.
The V40 Lite 5G aims to be distinct with its Titanium Silver finish that they say “blends luxury and technology into one sleek package.” This design comes with a Diamond Starry Texture, which sparkles when lights hit it.
The Titanium Silver colorway will also come with something akin to vivo’s photochromic finish. Its color shifts to green when exposed to sunlight or UV in just three seconds. It will then return to its original hue within just a minute of non-exposure.
Aside from Titanium Silver , the vivo V40 Lite 5G will also come in Dynamic Black and Dreamy Violet colorways.
The smartphone’s cameras are encased in its Cushion-Cut Diamond Island. Moving away from its traditional design, they say that this shape mirrors the look of a cushion-cut diamond to blend a classic design with a modern twist.
Just like other entries in the V40 series, the Lite will have a slim body at just 7.79mm in thickness and weighing in only 188g.
