The vivo V50 Lite has officially launched in the Philippines. Though it is the most affordable of the range, it still comes with plenty of goodies under the hood such as a large battery, fast charging, and Sony IMX882-powered main camera.
The vivo V50 Lite comes with a 6,500mAh battery – one of the largest battery capacities in its range. To complement its battery capacity is its support 90W FlashCharge that enables it to reach 50% charge in just 20 minutes. Additionally, vivo is offering an extended 5-year battery health guarantee for its longevity.
Its chassis comes with SGS Five-Star Drop Resistance Certification and Comprehensive Cushioning Structure to improve fall resistance by 20%. It also comes with IP65 and IP69 dust and water resistance rating to better resist dust, rain, and hot water splashes.
Cameras include a 50MP f/1.79 Sony IMX882 main shooter, an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide, and a 32MP f/2.45 selfie lens on its 6.77-inch 2392 x 1080 120Hz AMOLED display. They are including AI Aura Light for improved portrait photography and lighting as well as AI tools such as they AI Erase 2.0 to remove unwanted objects and AI Photo Enhance to optimize photos.
The vivo V50 Lite will come with 4G and 5G variants packing a Snapdragon 685 and Dimensity 6300 chip, respectively. The 4G variant comes with 4GB RAM and 256GB of storage while the 5G model can be outfitted with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
The vivo V50 Lite starts at PhP 13,999 in the Philippines. The vivo V50 Lite 4G 8GB/256GB is positioned at PhP 13,999 while the vivo V50 Lite 5G is set at PhP 16,999 and PhP 19,999 for its 8GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB variants, respectively.
Both models are now up for pre-order until April 25, 2025.
