The vivo X200 is vivo’s latest flagship series now powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 platform. They are releasing three models in the lineup – the X200, X200 Pro, and X200 Pro Mini – all of which come with high-end features fit for the X series.
The X200 series is being positioned as smartphone photography flagships packing 50MP f/1.57 OIS main cameras, a 50MP f/2.0 ultrawide lenses, and periscope shooters – 50MP f/2.57 for the X200 and X200 Pro Mini and a 200MP f/2.7 for the Pro model. These cameras allow them to take advantage of new features such as Telephoto Super Stage Mode, Super Landscape Mode, and Telephoto Macro.
They have also made improvements to video with the lineup now supporting 4K at 120fps, 10-bit log video, and 4K HDR Cinematic Portrait Video.
vivo is implementing more AI functionalities on these smartphones. The Chinese versions are equipped with OriginOS 5 and BlueLM with integrated AI features including real-time voice interaction and translation, live broadcast filters, and smart beauty enhancements.
The X200, X200 Pro, and X200 Pro Mini are equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chip with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. They also come with FullHD+ AMOLED displays running at 120Hz and 90W charging. The Pro variants will support 30W Wireless Charging.
The vivo X200 series will hit the Chinese market starting October 19, 2024. Pricing starts at CNY 4,299, CNY 4,699, and CNY 5,299 for the X200, X200 Pro Mini, and X200 Pro, respectively.
When directly converted, the lineup will start at PhP 35,000 for the X200, PhP 38,000 for the X200 Pro Mini, and PhP 43,000 for the X200 Pro.
vivo is teasing a possible launch for their latest flagship lineup in the Philippines though no concrete details are available yet. Stay tuned.
