vivo has introduced another budget smartphone in their lineup, the vivo Y19s. As part of the Y series, it is positioned for the entry-level market, but that doesn’t mean that it skimps on important features.
The vivo Y19s packs a 6.68-inch 1608 x 720 HD+ IPS display and runs up to 90Hz. It is powered by a Unisoc T612 chip with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB internal storage. The smartphone supports WiFi 5 and dual-SIM with 4G LTE.
Its cameras are kept simple with a 50MP f/1.8 main camera at the back with a 0.08MP f/3.0 secondary and a 5MP f/2.2 front-facing camera. Meanwhile, its chassis is rated for IP64 dust and water resistance.
The device comes with a larger-than-average 5,500mAh battery that supports 15W charging through its USB-C port. Out-of-the-box, you will get Android 14 with FunTouch OS 14 on top.
Official pricing and availability for the vivo Y19s are yet to be announced. Given its specifications, it’s definitely going to be within the budget smartphone segment.
