Launched late last year, the vivo Y30 is receiving a PhP 1,000 price cut to allow more Filipinos to enjoy the entry-level smartphone. This permanent reduction in price brings down the vivo Y30 to a more affordable PhP 8,999 from its original introductory price of PhP 9,999.

The vivo Y30 packs a decent set of features including a 6.47-inch 1560 x 720 display, an 8MP f/2.05 selfie camera, and a rear quad camera setup composed of a 13MP f/2.2 main, an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide, a 2MP f/2.4 macro lens, and a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor.

It is powered by a Helio P35 chip courtesy of MediaTek with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. It also gets a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging through its USB Type-C port.

The vivo Y30 and its new PhP 8,999 price can be had through the official vivo Shopee or Lazada stores, or via authorized retail stores nationwide.
