Ghost of Yotei Gun Parts – Item Details

Gun Parts Ghost of Yotei

Item Description

Used to upgrade Melee and Ranged weapons as well as armor.

These parts can be found in Yotei Six Camps or by looting dead gunners, commonly seen on the Oshima Coast.

Where To Find

Gun Parts can be found early on in the game by conquering and liberating Yotei Six Camps. These camps can be pretty challenging especially during the early stages of the game. However, getting the Gun Parts early on is a must if you want to quickly get your katana to its maximum upgrade.

Find In Yotei Six Camps

Get from Yotei Six Camps

To get Gun Parts in Chapter 1, you have to conquer Yotei Six Camps. You can find Gun Parts inside the purple chests that you get as a reward for conquering a camp. Note that Gun Parts during this stage is limited so use them only weapons that you often use, like the Katana.

Loot From Gunners

Defeat Gunners

Gunners are rare during Chapter 1 and you do start to encounter a lot of them in Chapter 2, in Oshima Coast. Gun Parts are dropped by these gunners and you may need to patrol the area a lot to encounter them. Thankfully, some story missions also have a lot of these gunners. You can also get a good number of them by assaulting Yotei Six Camps.

How To Use Gun Parts

Perfected Katana Gun Parts

Gun Parts are required to upgrade weapons to its highest level. These include both melee and ranged weapons. Upgrading weapons allow Atsu to deal more damage with them. For ranged weapons, upgrades also unlock specialized ammo.

Ghost of Yotei is now out on the PS5 and you can purchase it either online via the official PS5 product page or via your local game stores.
