Two-Part Quest
An Artist is a quest that has two parts. The first part requires you to go to the City to appraise Stefan’s painting. The other part is where you have to present him a model for his new painting.
Go To The City & Talk To Wellwell
For the first part of the “An Artist” quest, you need to go to the City and talk to Wellwell. After appraising Stefan’s painting, all you need to do is head back to O’Virbus and talk to Stefan again to proceed to the next phase.
Give Stefan A Model To Paint
The next part can be simple but may take some time as you have to swap out characters in your party. What you need to do is to just swap Heroes to your active party to get what Stefan needs. The hero that you need to have in your active party is Fiona. Talk to Stefan with Fiona in your active party to end this quest.

Clear Noah’s Side Story In Chapter 7
The area in which the “An Artist” quest appears is only unlocked once you finish Noah’s Side Story mission. Despite its name, Noah’s Side Story/Ascension Quest is integral to the game’s story and is unmissable. Clear this mission to access O’Virbus.
Gather Info Fragments For The “An Artist” Quest
After unlocking O’Virbus, you need to find info fragments to get the “An Artist” side quest. Collect the two fragments then discuss it at a rest spot to get Stefan’s location.
