After completing Side Story: Noah, go to the Old Kana Battlefield with Ashera. There you’ll see a question mark and upon approaching it, will trigger the start of Ashera’s Ascension quest, “A Deep-Seated Scar”.
The beginning of “A Deep-Seated Scar” involves a lot of battles as you make your way to Colony 11. Make sure to have good levels and accessories before undertaking this quest as the battles can be long and tedious if you are unprepared.
After being challenged to a duel, Ashera and the party must go to a designated floating island in the Syra Hovering Reefs. Use the ziplines to traverse the area. Once you are ready, head to the middle of the arena to start the battles. Be prepared as you have to go through two back-to-back boss fights.
The first battle involves a mad version of Ashera. You do not need to commit a lot here as you only have to whittle down her health to half to end the battle. Immediately afterwards, you must then contend with Moebius R and Moebius W. Concentrate on only one boss to quickly wrap up the battle.
Defeating the two Moebius Consuls ends the quest and allows the class rank of Ashera’s Lone Exile to reach 20.
