In Xenoblade Chronicles 3 (XBC3), players can increase Fiona’s class, Signifer, rank to 20 by completing an Ascension Quest. Get to know how to unlock the Ascension Quest for Fiona (Signifer), tips, and more using this guide.
Like other classes, in order for you to remove the limit and allow the Signifer class to reach 20, you must first have a character with rank 10. Make sure to have at least one character with rank 10 to get the info required for Fiona’s Ascension Quest to spawn.
Chapter 6 is where you can find Fiona’s Ascension Quest. You can also choose to immediately do this side quest or delay it for later.
Once the above conditions are met, have Fiona in your active party and go to Colony Mu. Go to the question mark located on near the mid part of the Colony to trigger Fiona’s Ascension Quest, “A Farewell Reset”.
Fiona’s Ascension Quest requires you to visit Erythia Relay Base to interact with the Data Archives PC. Fights are not that difficult as compared to what you have experienced before when visiting this place for the first time. There are only two fights here (provided that you defeated the difficult enemy during your prior visit) – the guards guarding the room and the ones preventing you from getting the data.
Aside from the fights above, this quest involves a bit of traveling here and there. After you reach the secret hideout, just return to Colony Mu’s Bed of Woes and Wishes to finally end the quest and unlock Fiona’s Signifer’s class rank limit.
