Rowland is the quest giver of the quests required to properly spawn the Learning from Lambda quest. For Roland to appear and give you the quest, visit Colony Lambda during the night. This is important as visiting Colony Tau during the day does not spawn him. Get the side quest “Tau-Tirkin Alliance” first to get Learning from Lambda.
Go To The Question Mark To Trigger Learning From Lambda
After clearing the “Tau-Tirkin Alliance” side quest, you’ll immediately see a question mark spawn in Colony Tau. Go there to trigger a side quest and get the Learning from Lambda side quest.
