When chosen, multiplies the TP of all active characters except self by 120%.
In order to get Fiona the Signifer, you must first reach Chapter 5 of the game. Fiona can be found in the northwestern part of the Cadensia Region, in Colony Mu. She is an optional hero so you don’t have to get her to progress the story.
A Farewell Reset is Fiona’s Ascension Quest. You need to do this quest for you to rank up the Signifer class to 20. This also allows you to get more Master Arts and better Arts for your main party.

When taking this class, you can rank up to get skills and arts that you can use while using other classes. To unlock skills for Rank 15 and Rank 20, you first need to clear the hero’s Ascension Quest.
