The Xiaomi 15 has officially arrived in the Philippines. First introduced last October, it is the first of the 15 series to arrive in the Philippines. The device is positioned as a compact powerhouse packing a flagship chipset and Leica shooters.
The Xiaomi 15 comes with a 6.36-inch frame with a 2670 x 1200 120z LTPO OLED display with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. At the top of its screen is a 32MP f/2.0 front-facing camera for selfies.
On its raised camera platform at the back are Leica-branded lenses with a 50MP f/1.6 Dual Pixel PDAF OIS Main, a 50MP f/2.0 OIS Telephoto with 3x Optical Zoom, and a 50MP f/2.2 ultrawide.
Inside its IP68-rated chassis is a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. Its small frame fits a 5,400mAh battery that supports 90W Wired Charging, 50W Wireless Charging, and 10W Reverse Wireless Charging.
The device is powered by Android 15 with HyperOS 2. They have improved its cross-device ecosystem with Homescreen+ 2.0 that lets you mirror your smartphone’s display onto a compatible tablet as well as use multiple cameras from a tablet and a smartphone for easier livestreaming.
The Xiaomi 15 is priced at PhP 45,999 in the Philippines. It is available in two storage variants: 12GB/256GB for PhP 45,999 and 12GB/512GB for PhP 49,999. As an added bonus Xiaomi is offering a free 1+1 extended warranty, 1-time free screen replacement within 6 months from purchase worth PhP 6,399, a 6-month subscription to a 100GB cloud storage plan on Google One, and a 4-month subscription to Spotify Premium.
