Xiaomi is bringing the CW500 and C500 Dual Smart Cameras into the Philippines. These smart home cameras come with dual-lens coverage and intelligent features to double your peace of mind in a single package.
Both the Xiaomi CW500 and C500 feature a dual-camera system, which means that you can monitor two different areas simultaneously from a single device. This eliminates blind spots that single cameras suffer from.
The Xiaomi CW500 enables two live video feeds from the Mi app – a steady fixed angle view and a dynamic pan-tilt-zoom to check corners. Resolution is set at 2.5K with its cameras supporting a f/1.6 aperture for clarity. When the sun goes down, four smart white lights that automatically turn on when something’s nearby.
Its IP66 rating enables it to resist rain or shine. A built-in microphone and speaker enable clear two-way voice calls of up to 10 meters. You can also pan horizontally and tilt 95 degrees vertically. It supports WiFi 6 for faster speeds and smoother streaming. The Mi Home app gets instant alerts for human or vehicle detection with automatic video recording.
On the other hand, the Xiaomi C500 is designed for indoor security. Its dual 4MP lenses promises crystal-clear views and come with 110-degree ultrawide angle perspective as well as close-up focus with a smart PTZ camera, which zooms in and follows detected motion.
Xiaomi equips it with infrared night vision without any disruptive red lights. It can be mounted upright or inverted and can be rotated through the Mi Home app. WiFi 6 is supported and the smart camera also comes with two-way voice calls.
