Xiaomi Mi 11 launches in PH, Snapdragon 888 and 108MP main camera for PhP 36,990

Just a few weeks after its global launch, the Xiaomi Mi 11 has now officially arrived in the Philippines. Packing the latest Qualcomm flagship and a main camera with an enormous pixel count, the Mi 11 is just the latest flagship from Xiaomi.

The Xiaomi Mi 11 packs the Snapdragon 888 – which is the latest flagship-class high performance chipset from Qualcomm – with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM running at 3200MHz as well as 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. The new chip also allows the smartphone to connect to 5G towers to enable faster mobile data speeds.

At the front is a 6.81-inch 3200 x 1440 AMOLED display that supports 120Hz refresh rates and HDR10+ content as well as an integrated fingerprint scanner. It is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus and Xiaomi claims that it can reach up to 1500nits of brightness.

Its cameras at the back are led by a 108MP f/1.9 main camera with a 7P lens and is backed with a 13MP f/2.4 ultrawide, and a 5MP f/2.4 macro lens. Its uniform display is only broken by a 20MP f/2.0 selfie camera at the upper left corner.

The Mi 11 employs a new set of tricks on its camera systems. It has a RAW-level noise reduction and better night mode capabilities. You can also let your creativity flow by using features like Parallel World that duplicates and inverts the scene, Freeze Frame Video, and Magic Zoom Mode.

Inside its sleek body is a 4,600mAh battery which supports 55W Fast Charging and 50W Wireless Fast Charging. 10W Reverse Charging is also thrown in to its feature set to easily charge other devices via the smartphone. By default, the Mi 11 runs on Android 11 with MIUI 12.5, which the brand says reduces up to 22% CPU usage and up to 15% power consumption.

Price and Availability

The Xiaomi Mi 11 in an 8GB/256GB configuration in either Midnight Gray and Horizon Blue color variants will be available in the Philippines for PhP 36,990 starting March 13, 2021. Pre-orders will open on March 5, where early birds can enjoy additional Xiaomi freebies.

The Mi 11 will be carried on the official Xiaomi Lazada and Shopee stores, as well as at authorized Mi stores and official retailers around the country.
