OPPO is improving their customer service experience by introducing the 1-Hour Flash Fix program. This allows customers to experience the quickest smartphone consultation and repair.
The OPPO 1-Hour Flash Fix service guarantees quick and excellent repair services by OPPO-certified technicians. The program is free of charge unless your smartphone needed replacement parts or internal parts installed.
If the smartphone is covered by the warranty and the damage was not caused by user negligence, then the smartphone will be fixed for free.
“OPPO will always prioritize its customers’ satisfaction as we continue to be one of the leading smartphone brands in customer sales worldwide. The 1-Hour Flash Fix program aims to make OPPO smartphone repair service and consultations more convenient with lesser waiting time while observing superior quality service,” OPPO Philippines Director of Customer Service Kent Zhang shared.
The OPPO 1-Hour Flash Fix program accepts walk-in or online appointments. At this time, there are three certified OPPO Service Centers located in SM North EDSA, SM Manila, and SM Marikina. SM Marikina, however, only accepts walk-ins at this time.
OPPO aims to increase the coverage of the program by preparing to include its 20 remaining service centers nationwide as well as its 30 concept stores.
OPPO is also introducing another customer service app. The OPPO Service app allow users to check the repair prices of OPPO smartphones, locate nearby certified stores and service centers. The app also monitors repair processes and do online consultations.
OPPO Service is currently exclusive to F9 units only. The brand will announce the availability of the app to all its smartphones sometime in the future.
