Gigabyte has introduced their take of AMD’s new Radeon RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT cards. They have unveiled three cards under the Aorus Range, which include the Aorus Radeon RX 9070 XT Elite 16G, Radeon RX 9070 XT Gaming OC 16G, and Radeon RX 9070 Gaming OC 16G.
These cards now come with improved cooling thanks to the upgraded WindForce Cooling system. The new Hawk Fan design minimizes turbulence and noise, which results in up to a 53.6% increase in air pressure and a 12.5% increase in air volume without compromising acoustics.
Server-grade thermal conductive gel is used to cool critical components such as VRAM and MOSFETs. This deformable, non-fluid gel provides optimal contact on uneven surfaces and resists deformation from transport or long-term use.
Cooling performance is further improved with their use of a larger heatsink, vapor chamber, and copper plate, which optimizes performance and quiet operation even under load.
The Aorus Elite series is Gigabyte’s flagship air-cooled GPU. The Aorus Radeon RX 9070 XT 16G will come with an Aorus Dynamic “RGB Halo” lighting as well as layered textures with various finishes.
Aorus Elite cards come with an aerospace-grade PCB coating, a dual BIOS design, and ultra durable certified components. These ensure lower temperatures, reduced noise, and minimized signal interference.
Under Gigabyte’s Gaming series are the new Radeon RX 9070 XT Gaming OC 16G and the Radeon RX 9070 Gaming OC 16G. They come with a clean and modern aesthetic with a reinforced metal backplate with a bent edge for structural integrity.
