Globe is officially launching Shop & Pay – a one-stop shop for all Globe essential products and services. Introduced last 917 Day, Shop & Pay combines traditional brick-and-mortar Globe stores with a digital retail format.
The Globe Shop & Pay digital kiosks will help address customer hesitancy to visit and transact in physical stores. Instead, customers will be able to use a digital touchscreen display in purchasing products or availing services. QR codes can be scanned, leading to online shops for payment and delivery requests.
To learn more about different products and services, customers can use the “lift and learn” option. Once a demi unit is lifted, the video will be interrupted to show the features of the smartphone and the corresponding hero offer bundled with it. If two devices are selected, a comparative table with appear to show both their features and plan offers.
The digital displays will educate customers of available digital channels, highlighting mobile applications such as GlobeOne, Gcash, and Globe At Home apps. The kiosks can also be used for bills payment, GCash cash-in or top-up, or buying prepaid call cards and SIM cards.
