To unlock MR Ibushi, you first need to reach MR20. You can do this after you beat the story’s ultimate boss, Gaismagorm. To quickly unlock Master Rank Wind Serpent Ibushi, raise your MR by redoing previous quests or farm materials from Elder Dragons.

There’s not much that has changed with the fight against MR Ibushi. You still do use a lot of gun platforms to reduce Ibushi’s HP and you can melee a lot of its exposed parts. Ibushi has a lot of vulnerable parts like the head, arms, and tail so keep targeting these parts to keep it pinned down to the ground.
The battle against MR Ibushi is done in the Coral Palace, the one where you first fought Narwa the Allmother. In this location, you can make use of tools like the Dragonator and the Splitting Wyvernshot to significantly deal damage against Master Rank Ibushi. Make sure to time and aim these tools perfectly as landing them can make the battle easier and end faster.
