The Sinister Grudge set, or Scorned Magnamalo armor set, can be had by hunting down Scorned Magnamalo. You can unlock Scorned Magnamalo only after you reach MR100. On the other hand, you can join friends that have already unlocked Scorned Magnamalo to get its armor and weapons before you reach MR100.
