An exceptional student of legendary commander Puretide, O’Shaserra excelled as a deadly warrior and brilliant commander. She is now the living spearhead and staunchest defender of the Greater Good and a shining example for the whole T’au empire.
Commander Shadowsun disappears, then reappears on a target hex adjacent to an allied unit and immediately attacks the closest enemy target, dealing 2x X Blast Damage in addition to the normal attack. A Command-Link Drone will be summoned in the hex she previously occupied. Cannot be used in the first round of a battle.
Friendly units adjacent to either Commander Shadowsun or her Command-Link Drone deal +X Damage with ranged attacks.
Affected T’au Empire units have a 10% chance for each round that has started since Commander Shadowsun was deployed, including the first, to deal +1 hit with ranged attacks.
Whenever this unit is adjacent – or started the turn adjacent – to enemy units, it deals -50% melee Damage and -25% ranged Damage.
Ranged attacks against this character score -1 hit. This increases to -2 hits if this characters is more than 2 hexes away from the attacker or to -3 hits when in Tall Grass. Attackers always score at least 1 hit.
Can traverse impassable hexes and enemies and move between any elevation. Does not get any bonuses from Tall Grass and Trenches.
This unit does not trigger Overwatch.
