Deals 1x X Psychic Damage to a target within 2 hexes. 75% chance to score another hit. If it does, 50% chance to score another hit. If the 2nd hit succeeds, 25% chance to score another. If the third hit succeeds, 10% chance to score another.
All friendly units starting their turn adjacent to Sibyll Devine gain Infiltrate for that turn and take -5 Damage from each hit in their and the next enemy turn.
When attacking with a ranged Psychic attack, this unit uses Smite and deals 50% of that Damage to a random enemy adjacent to the target.
