Tigurius is the Ultramarines Chief Librarian and as such is one of the most powerful psykers in the Imperium. Since crossing the Rubicon Primaries, he can push his abilities even further.

All friendly surrounding units have an added block with X% chance to block X Damage. Also reduces incoming Psychic damage by X.
