If the Deathleaper has not moved this turn and is not in Deep Strike all enemies within 2 hexes get Suppressed and trigger Battle Fatigue, if they have it. The Deathleaper vanishes and cannot be targeted or damaged for 1 round. In its next turn, its attacks deal an additional 3x X Direct Damage and it can move to any free hex on the battlefield that is either within Synapse range has Tall Grass or is not adjacent to an enemy.
When charging, the Deathleaper deals +X Damage, heals for Y Health and Suppresses the target for 1 round.
Ranged attacks against this character score -1 hit. This increases to -2 hits if this character is more than 2 hexes away from the attacker or to -3 hits when in Tall Grass. Attackers always score at least 1 hit.
This unit starts the battle in Deep Strike.
Units in Deep Strike can move to any free hex on the battlefield that is not adjacent to an enemy, or they can move normally from their current position. They cannot be targeted or damage until they have taken an action or ended their turn.
This unit does not trigger Overwatch.
Takes -30% Damage from Melee attacks.
The Deathleaper’s kit grants it unparallaled mobility in the battlefield. It can Deep Strike and can use its ability to quickly move to different parts of the map. Use this to target and kill squishy targets such as Healers and Nukers.
Deathleaper’s passive ability allows it to heal whenever it attacks enemies, provided that the attack is a charge attack. Try to target enemies that are farther from your initial target to continue triggering this passive.
