Wielding Calibanite greatswords with breathtaking skill, Inner Circle Companions are sinister warriors whether battling as allies or enemies. They fight in silence, save for the whine of their armour servos and the crunch of their blades through flesh and bone.
Forcas can switch between two stances.
Strike Stance: At the end of his turn, Forcas starts Overwatching, even if he attacked in his turn. When defeating a unit while Overwatching, her remains in Overwatch, retaining 3 fewer hits compared to the previous attack.
Sweep Stance: Forcas’ normal attacks also deal 3x X Power Damage to each enemy adjacent to both Forcas and the initial target.
This ability can be used once per turn; each use switches the active Stance and does not end Forcas’ turn. Only the first use of his ability in each battle counts for missions.
Forcas deals +X% Damage for each adjacent unit and additionally +Y Damage for each adjacent friendly Dark Angel.
Ranged attacks against this character score -1 hit. This increases to -2 hits if this character is more than 2 hexes away from the attacker or to -3 hits when in Tall Grass. Attackers always score at least 1 hit.
This unit reduces incoming melee multi-hit attacks by 1 hit, to a minimum of 1.
The changing of stances allows Forcas to either go on the offensive or on the defensive. With Strike Stance, he can guard specific cells and use his Overwatch to whack enemies to oblivion. On the other hand, he also finds use in fighting against mobs of enemies with his Sweep Stance, allowing him to deal damage to up to 3 enemies at the same time.
Forcas’ passive allows him to grow stronger for each adjacent ally beside him, bonus if the ally is a Dark Angel. If your team roster is properly tweaked and positioned, Forcas’ hits can deal a tremendous amount of damage with this buff alone.
