In Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus, players can get the character/hero Lucius of the Emperor’s Children. Get to know this character, stats, talents and passive abilities, how to get and more using this guide.
An arrogant slaughterer and swordmaster supreme, Lucius seeks out the most skilled enemy champions to find worthy opponents. His curse has seen him return from death many times, each resurrection leaving him more hollow, but compelled to become greater still.
Deals 6x X Eviscerating Damage to an enemy unit within range 2. If the target is not already adjacent to Lucius, it is then pulled 1 hex towards him if possible, and can be pulled over any elevation but not through impassable terrain. If the target is adjacent to Lucius after the attack, it is also Taunted by him for 1 round.
If Lucius is defeated by an enemy unit, that enemy becomes Elated. At the beginning of each of its turnes, the affected unit loses X Health and when it is defeated, Lucius resurrects on the hex it was defeated on with Y Health.
Each turn, when this unit takes Damage or targets an enemy with full Health, it becomes Thrilled for 1 round. While Thrilled, its Crit Chance is increased by +15% and if it defeats an enemy with a Crit, that enemy is always overkilled.
This unit reduces incoming melee multi-hit attacks by 1 hit, to a minimum of 1.
Lucius’ Lash of Torment allows him to pull and pin an enemy. Incredibly useful if you’re after a very mobile foe that you want to keep in place.
If Lucius is killed by an enemy unit, proritize killing that unit to bring back Lucius to the fight. Unfortunately, this also means that Lucius re-enters the battle without the buffs given by his teammates.
