The Ripper Ammo Schematic can be found in Chapter 3 of the game. You can find it in the area after you get the Flamethrower. Use the elevator to descend one level. Exit the elevator and turn right. Pop the corruption to open the path to the next elevator. Before going down the elevator, go to the room next to it to get the Ripper Ammo Schematic.
