In Total War Warhammer 3, you can get your daemonic lords to exalted greater daemons. You need to work for it though. Get to know how to get them, requirements, and more using this guide!

Warhammer 3 Exalted Greater Daemons – How To Get

Get Your Daemon Lord To Rank 15

Warhammer 3 Exalted Greater Daemon

To get an Exalted Greater Daemon, you need to rank up an existing daemon lord to 15. Wait for a few turns and you will get a prompt asking you if you want to sacrifice the lord for an Exalted Greater Daemon. You can choose to delay for up to 10 turns which is preferable if you are in the middle of a conquest. You can also choose to permanently decline the offer.

New Exalted Greater Daemon Spawns With Experience

Warhammer 3 exalted experience points

Sacrificing your existing daemon general spawns an Exalted Greater Daemon with a starting rank dependent on your sacrificed general. Take note of this as you might lose existing passives that can derail your plans or be disadvantageous in your current situation. You can also hold back the transformation to get more experience so that it will be easier to unlock skills as an Exalted Greater Daemon.

You Get Your Items Back

Worried about losing your high-rarity gear? Worry not as choosing to ascend returns all of the items of your existing general. Make sure to reequip them once you finish the transformation process. Make sure to also equip Ancillaries!

What Are Exalted Greater Daemons?

Better Generals & Fighters

Exalted Greater Daemons in Warhammer 3 are incredible fighters and generals in the battlefield. Although you might have to sacrifice some levels or certain abilities, they are more or less better than the usual Daemon Generals that lead your armies. Their passives, like more HP and fly, can also make them worth it. Make sure to get them when you can!
