Unfortunately, finishing the game now completes the story of the Legate. There is no new game plus. The game offers no means to carry over weapons and armor to a new game. Similarly, it does not offer any way for you to take your powerful characters to a new adventure.
If you want to relive the story campaign, you must again start from the beginning. Or from a save file if you want to see how your other choices influence the course of the game.
Once you unlock legion colors or camp decorations, you can find them unlocked for all of your games. Even in your old saves! You can replay the game and enjoy a different color scheme if you want.
A DLC for Expeditions: Rome has been confirmed by the developers through a post in the official forums. However, the devs have also confirmed that it may be set within the confines of the existing story line as you may have to replay and revisit choices. Still, we might have some glimmer of hope regarding the introduction of a new game plus feature once the DLC arrives.
The latest DLC that has just arrived, “Death or Glory”, does not contain any post-game content. You can access the DLC’s contents during your current playthrough or via the main menu. Accessing it via the main menu allows you to get its rewards without directly affecting your current playthrough. This helps if you have already skipped some of the content in the story.
