PLDT continuously upgrade their service to provide innovative solutions for home. They upgraded their Telpad last year in being quad-core, now they are now enabling to control multiple devices through the use of Bluetooth and Infrared.
The new Telpad is still powered by a quad-core processor, but with added features such as Bluetooth 4.0 and Infrared sensors. This enables you to control music with bluetooth speakers, change channels with the infrared sensor and also has the capability to control appliances (Cignal enabled TV) with its Smart Appliance controller function.

The camera at the back is a 5mp shooter with flash while at the front is 2mp. We just can’t help it, but the tablet looks like a giant Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (Hahaha).
You can dock the tablet with the station that is also serves as a speaker and wifi router / repeater. Quite handy if you need a call that can be hands-free since the speakers of the docking station is quite loud and clear.
Unfortunately to fully experience this new Telpad, you have to buy their add-on devices such as the Fan Cam, Bluetooth Speakers, Cignal TV which could be costly.
