Morgellus is a Greater Daemon of Nurgle that guards one of the Prime Seeds of the Bloom plague. Based on the in-game lore, Morgellus the Corroded is a Soul Grinder, a daemon mixed with cyborg enhancements. Dominus Lunete sees it as an abomination and an affront to the Machine god.

(Blast Attack) Morgellus can grab girders, targeting a Blast at Area 2 up to Range 14 to deal 4 DMG. Afflict Vulnerable (100%, 2 Turns).
This unit is immune to the following Afflictions: Blinded, Crazed, Dominated, Panicked, Plagued, Knockback.
When active, Morgellus cannot be CRIT.
(Auto (100%, ∞ / Turn)) When attacked with a Ranged Attack, Morgellus blocks 2 DMG with each active Claw Arm.
(Blast Attack) Target a Blast over Area 2 at Range 20 to deal 4 DMG. Armour Break 2.
(Spread Attack) Strike adjacent Targets to deal 6 DMG.
Stunning Morgellus is the most efficient way of beating it. As it is initially immune to Criticals, you need to stun Morgellus first in order for the rest of your attacks to penetrate. This also allows you to chop off its parts, severely curtailing its damage potential and skill for the rest of the battle. Bring weapons that have good Stun attributes to easily clear this boss.
Also, make sure to land another melee attack once it is stunned. If you end your turn while Morgellus is stunned, it will rise again and you will have to go through its armor and defenses once more to stun it.
Morgellus passively reduces damage from Ranged Attacks. To remove this, you must first stun Morgellus and then choose to cut off its claws. Afterwards, ranged attacks can be a viable way to punch through its armor and HP.
Morgellus can go wild and destroy the rusted platforms in the map. Once its health reaches a certain level (100/75/50/25), Morgellus will automatically cast Rust and Ruin to destroy the platform it is currently standing on. If you deal enough significant damage in a single turn, Morgellus will destroy multiple platforms at the same time. Take note of these crumbling platforms and remove your Grey Knights from them as soon as you can!
Use the smoke and guide your Grey Knights across these as they mark the collapsing platforms boundaries.
As Morgellus innately reduces Ranged Attacks from the get go, having a Fire Support may not be that much of a use during the first couple of turns.
